1Lane plus!
Author's category · Left to right usually!! Sell Close Quarters > Enchanters > Trophy for later actives and/or t4's
1. 1
  Close Quarters
can take monster rounds over this but this is technically better in most ways; this is skippable into spirit/no melee matchups
2. 2
  Extra Spirit
3. 3
  Extra Charge
4. 4
  Enchanter's Emblem
Can skip if lane ends early but, THIS ITEMS SO GOOD! 1600 SOULS FOR SPIRIT RESIST, POWER, AND COOLDOWN REDUCTION??? Sell later!!!
5. 5
  Trophy Collector
can skip if not fighting as much uwa, sell later!!!
6. 6
  Healbane
Kinda of a crazy goated item all the time, good antiheal
7. 7
  Rapid Recharge
  Built from Extra Charge
  More pillows = more CDR
8. 8
  Mystic Expansion
can skip if you dont care about it early,,
2Heal optionoptional
Author's category · skippable! but usually build 1 :3
1. 1
  Healing Nova
This feels so nice if you're building more healing oriented!!!
2. 2
  Rescue Beam
Yanking back your teammates who all in a bit too recklessly
3Upgrades & Core
Author's category · Can left to right, but feel free to skip some items or rush others depending on need!
1. 1
  Tankbuster
Get this after selling egg so you dont nerf u,, Good tempo item especially if you're ahead! Can skip! I like it but end up selling when teamfights get more heavy and I need more actives or debuffs :3c
2. 2
  Superior Cooldown
3. 3
  Superior Duration
Longer Pillow debuffs, tag along, nap time, remlings, longer everything! I love this item
4Rich!!!
Author's category · All are important for different matchups and builds! Scourge feels great on a frontline, Divine Barrier can save people from Affliction, and Curse is a good counter for a bunch of characters. Pick as you need! Or left to right ig,,
1. 1
  Scourge
This item is so good, spirit resist is a must have and it does decent damage if you use it on a frontline
2. 2
  Divine Barrier
Against ults like, mokrill, affliction, or any cc in general really
3. 3
  Cursed Relic
  Works amazingly against all in characters like Shiv and Yamato, can kill them before they pop their sustain tools if played well; GETS RID OF RAT 3 AND MO BURROW, so good into tanks,;
5Lane Options!!!optional
Author's category
1. 1
  Extra Regen
Mathmatically correct item for sustain in lane, you kinda perma push with monster rounds and helpers so only go if you're STRUGGLING. This builds into healing booster and healing tempo so, it's good!
2. 2
  Healing Rite
Extra regen is better for you soley, BUT this builds into Rescue Beam/Healing Nova so, do what you want :)
3. 3
  Rebuttal
Good into viscous, calico, drifter, abrahms, and billy early because of your negative melee resist
6Eat your greens!!!optional
Author's category · situational,,
1. 1
  Restorative Locket
Nice chunky extra healing if going that route, can use on allies when using tag along!
2. 2
  Counterspell
Aura farming item! Can block curse, big ults like Holliday, Billy, Grey Talon and others! I hate Yamato power slash grrrr...,
3. 3
  Dispel Magic
I like this item a lot, I don't go it all the time especially since I kinda use Tag Along to dodge big abilities but this is nice if youre getting slowing hexxed or movement locked a lot!
7Situationaloptional
Author's category
1. 1
  Slowing Hex
Against a lot of movement characters, necessary into apollo, and builds into vortex web!!!
2. 2
  Silence Wave
Similarly to Cursed Relic, helps against all in heros from functioning for a bit, slightly worse, but aoe and at a cheaper price; can be used to proc indomitable, and can mess up lady giest and yamato
3. 3
  Decay
single target anti heal with decent damage :3
8Especially with rem's changes, maxxing your abilities first is more based on game state/route of build youre going down, going more healer oriented? probably wanna max 2 first, if you're going more debuff/damage, maxxing pillow first (default right now due
