1Lane
Author's category · 7 items · L-R gun items, buy the greens when needed
Restorative Shot
Gun damage+healing+invest, sell when need slot
Close Quarters
High damage 800 item
Stalker
You usually wanna get this on your 3.2k so you have it with tier 2 charge, skip if very rare egg lane
Melee Charge
Very strong burst with tier 2 charge and movement boost
Extra Regen
In my opinion this is strongest lane item in game, builds into booster
Melee Lifesteal
12% melee damage is a LOT for 800 souls, the healing is good, and it builds into Lifestrike
Extra Health
This item is very efficient, builds into Fortitude, and makes Vents+Fruits more effective healing
2Lane Greensoptional
Author's category · 5 items · Situationally useful
Rebuttal
Can be good into punchy heroes (especially Viscous/Baba) or just bought for burger boxing
Grit
Can buy this to "counterspell" burst in lane or to play aggro, or if you're getting reactive barrier
Reactive Barrier
Built from Grit
I buy indom a lot so this item is just nice to have especially if you need it vs CC early
3Core Items
Author's category · 6 items · Can L-R up to Hunter's Aura remember to buy greens
Bullet Resist Shredder
Core shred item, can sell ultra late game after getting Hunter's Aura+Cfists
Fortitude
Built from Extra Health
I feel this item is important when playing to tempo like the current meta demands, and because there are so many box souls you can farm while healing
Hunter's Aura
Can buy early if rich, OP item very good for melee, pretty decent in teamfights.
4Usually only get 1
Author's category · 2 items
Weighted Shots
I buy this very frequently because debuff resist is very important, the onhit is nice too. Less damage compared to PB
Point Blank
Built from Close Quarters
More damage compared to Weighted and builds out of Close Quarters, so if you don't need debuff resist this item is good
5Core Upgrades
Author's category · 4 items · Annotations
Healing Booster
Built from Extra Regen
Upgrade to this whenever, better if you also buy Lifestrike
Unstoppable
Built from Debuff Reducer
Pick 1 of Unstop/Spellbreaker when needed in your game. Usually this item is better.
Spellbreaker
Built from Debuff Reducer
Debuff Resist and Spirit Resist are really strong
6Surv Itemsoptional
Author's category · 12 items · 3.2k L-R by Priority, 6.4k L-R by Priority
Dispel Magic
I feel like I shouldn't have to explain what this item is for, very good item
Counterspell
Very strong item, prevents a lot of the same things Dispel Magic can and more. Remember you have the item.
Spirit Resilience
Spirit Damage very scary
7Util/Dmgoptional
Author's category · 8 items · Think about Pstrike often
Slowing Hex
For answering heroes like Calico Mirage GT early and securing kills
Silence Wave
For answering heroes with defensive CDs like Pocket Viscous Geist Mirage
Knockdown
I had one game in standard against a fed vin where she bought 0 greens and no one had this item so its here now
8Niche Itemsoptional
Author's category · 5 items
Golden Goose Egg
There are extreme circumstances where I think you have to buy this item because interacting with opp laners is inting. Like 1 in 200 games
Superior Cooldown
Transcendent Cooldown
Built from Superior Cooldown
Can be good late if have important active items
9Experiment Boxoptional
Author's category · 3 items
Rapid Rounds
I think this item might be good for gun 4.8k if you skip resto in your lane for whatever reason
Hollow Point
Chinese Item
Magic Carpet
I haven't really tested this item much since adding it, but theoretically it's good when snowballing??? IDK
10Imbuesoptional
Author's category · 2 items
Compress Cooldown
Duration Extender
Can imbue on Siphon Life instead if wanted
Categories appear in the author's order. Only the editor's default Early, Mid and Late sections are marked as game stages; the author's own categories keep their names. “Built from” links come from the game's item recipes.

Enchanter's Emblem
If you need early Spirit Resist
Battle Vest
If you need early Bullet Resist
Superior Duration
Makes your active abilities and items a lot better. Siphon, Charge, Ult, Unstop, Metal Skin, Colossus, etc. Easier to land wallstuns especially on new map
Debuff Reducer
Debuff resist is just a very good stat in 99% of games
Crushing Fists
Built from Melee Charge
10% additive resist shred with every heavy melee is very strong. Massive damage upgrade.
Healing Tempo
Built from Healing Booster
!THIS IS THE VERY LAST ITEM YOU SHOULD UPGRADE IN A GAME! You want to keep Healing Booster's effect late game so this is a natural upgrade
Warp Stone
Lets you catch people, makes it harder to be caught, lets you dodge some abilities
Lifestrike
Built from Melee Lifesteal
This item is still solid and you can buy it if you want to
Metal Skin
Usually better than buying bullet resilience
Colossus
Built from Extra Health
Big healthbar, lots of resist, lots of melee damage, an HMC, and an AOE slow
Indomitable
Built from Reactive Barrier
Solid upgrade in some games for anti-pick and due to it shaving 74s off your ult CD if procced twice during the cooldown.
Plated Armor
This item is better if you own bullet resist behind it, and is very strong against onhit effects.
Ethereal Shift
Strong item for teamfighting or stalling if caught out so your team can show up or CDs refresh
Juggernaut
Decent against slows and if your team doesn't have a Juggernaut yet its higher value
Divine Barrier
Pocket is annoying
Cursed Relic
Good late game, can guarantee your team kills One Guy or stop fed carries
Healbane
Sometimes you need antiheal in a game and this is the cheapest option for it
Berserker
The big damage stat stick, I don't think it's necessary and I want greens more often but can come up
Spirit Snatch
Good if your team needs spirit shred or wanna 1shot people harder
Phantom Strike
Good to rush after Hunter's Aura sometimes. Good for fliers/carries, also defensively against M1s because disarm
Refresher
If you have ult max AP, but don't have it up to contest mid and your team died like noobs, break glass in case of emergency. Can be good for teamfighting too, Abrams ult is strong.
Witchmail
Good very rarely in the late game against spirit comps but I feel like other items keep you alive better
