If you're not top damage every game you're playing wrong :) T3 Barrage makes it far easier to hit AND almost doubles the amp so you're practically guaranteed to get much more amp.

Dispel Magic
Technically optional but almost always good, because if you're silenced/slowing hexed and you can't TP out you're cooked
Tankbuster
Built from Mystic Burst
More Burst, Barrage Amp does NOT work on Tankbuster damage by the way, been seeing people spread that misinformation on the internet who would ever do that
Spirit Burn
Per target cooldown now makes it a nice damage item, healing reduction is nice as well now that we get T3 affliction later on
Mystic Expansion
bigger ult/barrage
Greater Expansion
Built from Mystic Expansion
bigger abilities duh
Stamina Mastery
OP mobility, makes you really hard to catch with Maj leap and low CDs on Satchel/Cloak.
Grit
Reactive Barrier
Built from Grit
Good vs Lots of Hard CC
Spirit Shielding
Built from Grit
Weapon Shielding
Built from Grit
Vortex Web

Reduces CD on all your active items
Diviner's Kevlar
Ethereal Shift
Should make you pretty much immortal, can sell cold front for slot
